MIDDLE SCHOOL NORDIC
Discover the joy of Nordic skiing with the middle school program! Open to all skill levels, practices begin in December. The team skis on the school campus as soon as snow falls. Starting in January the team practices and races two to three days a week. Don’t worry about gear – our Booster Rental Program provides skis, boots, and poles for a nominal fee. HIGH SCHOOL NORDIC
The Falmouth High School Nordic team is an inclusive community of skiers with all levels of experience. Falmouth has a mature program with recent State Championships and a very supportive group of parent volunteers.
During winter, you can find the team practicing at Pineland Farms, and in December, we usually have an exciting 4-day training camp at Fort Kent. If you’re interested in joining, coaches hold an info session in late November, and official practices kick off after Thanksgiving. Complete the online interest form to be added to the HS Nordic email list.
Info meeting! The HS Nordic team will be meeting on Monday, November 13th at 7:00pm in the FHS library. Parents are welcome to attend.
